Provisioned devices get deleted

Description

When adding new devices it sometimes happens that already added/provisioned devices get hidden/deleted from the list.
I have managed to replicate this problem with filles included in this report.

Deletion happens when provisioning an additional DO4 module. When provisioning DO1 deletion does not happen only with DO4 module.

I recorded a video of this happening -> X:\99_Temp\MihaKranjc -> Video_ProvisioningTool_Bug

I am using 1.0.7 version

A possible reason could be, that DO4 module was allready provisioned and when i provision the same module again this happens. When i delete the "blinds" do4 module that is on the list and provision it again this does not happen.
